Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Account Registration: To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

If you create and manage a club on our platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your events
• Fulfill commitments made to members who register for your events
• Handle member data responsibly and in accordance with applicable privacy laws
• Comply with all applicable laws regarding the events you organize
• Respond to member inquiries in a timely manner

We reserve the right to remove clubs or events that violate these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, are harmful to our community.

When you join a club or register for an event, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information in your profile and event responses
• Treat other members and organizers with respect
• Honor your commitments to attend events you register for
• Follow the rules and guidelines set by club organizers

Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

Subscription Fees: Club organizers may be charged subscription fees for platform access. These fees are billed according to your selected plan and are non-refundable except as required by law.

Event Payments: Refund policies for event registrations are set by individual club organizers. Please review the refund policy before registering for an event.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by On The Town and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with operating the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We are not responsible for the conduct of club organizers or members, the quality of events, or any disputes between users. We act as a platform to connect organizers and members but are not a party to any agreements between them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, On The Town shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
