Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
Subscription Fees: Club organizers may be charged subscription fees for platform access. These fees are billed according to your selected plan and are non-refundable except as required by law.
Event Payments: Refund policies for event registrations are set by individual club organizers. Please review the refund policy before registering for an event.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by On The Town and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with operating the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
We are not responsible for the conduct of club organizers or members, the quality of events, or any disputes between users. We act as a platform to connect organizers and members but are not a party to any agreements between them.
